Check your ZIP code
Coverage is ZIP based. That means we do not claim to serve a whole city or state. We list the exact ZIP codes where trained and certified technicians are ready to respond, and nothing else.
Type your 5 digit ZIP code to get an answer instantly. If your ZIP code is covered, you will see the city and state we have on file and a number to call. If it is not, we will show the nearest covered states, and you are still welcome to call.

How our national coverage is organized
Our coverage follows where providers are, so it is not spread evenly. The largest footprints are in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, and Nebraska, where hundreds of ZIP codes are covered. In the Northeast, coverage runs through New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, and Massachusetts. In the South it centers on Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
The Upper Midwest is anchored by the Twin Cities in Minnesota, with further coverage in Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. In the West, covered areas include the Front Range of Colorado, the Wasatch Front in Utah, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Reno, and Spokane. A smaller number of ZIP codes are covered in Hawaii, Idaho, and Wyoming.
Some states have broad coverage across many counties. Others have a single metro area. That is why the ZIP checker is the most reliable way to know.

Coverage questions
Why is coverage based on ZIP codes instead of cities?
City names can be misleading. Two addresses in the same city may be served by different providers, and some rural ZIP codes are far from the nearest crew. Listing coverage by ZIP code means that when we say an address is covered, a provider is ready to serve it.
My ZIP code is not listed. Can I still call?
Yes. The coverage list changes as providers are added, and the person who answers can tell you right away whether help is available at your address.
How often is the coverage list updated?
The list on this page reflects coverage as of October 2026. It is refreshed whenever the provider network changes.
Is the service the same in every state?
The cleanup process is the same. What changes is the state program that may help victims with costs and the agency that regulates waste disposal. Each state page explains both.
